We usually use USPS or DHL depending on the weight and region. If your mailing address is P.O box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, we will change shipment method via USPS only. Tracking number will be informed you after we send your order package always, except APO and FPO.

* SALES TAX

Fantamall.net charges sales tax 7% on all purchases that to be shipped to the addresses located in New Jersey.

* PLEASE NOTE: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

* RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first 15 days of delivery. All sales are final after fifteen days of delivery made.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives via email. 

If your return or exchange is the result of our error we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case. 

Return and Exchange Procedures: 

1. Email us at info@fantamall.net  
2. In your email include your email used when placing the order, date the order is placed, and the reason you want to return or exchange with the name of the product you want to exchange with. 
3. Wait until we email you to give authorization. It takes 2 business days.
4. Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return or exchange. 
5. Once we receive your return we will credit your account or send the item desired to exchange within 5 business days.
